Quinton's Catering deals one one with local suppliers from farmers, chocolatiers, wine makers and many more wonderful small business's in the local area to create custom menus and culinary experiences that are unique to you and your guests.   Invite us into the comforts of your own home for a chef inspired dinner party, where we bring the plates, silverware, glasses, ingridients and serve you a fine dining meal and then clean up and take the mess with us or let us help you plan that special wedding dinner that your guest's will be talking about for years to come.  No event to big or 2 small for Quinton's Catering.

I began my culinary journey in 2008 when i signed up for a 2 year culinary managment program at Fanshawe College.  After completing school I left for the east coast and worked in the beautful town of St. Andrews, NB at the Fairmont Algonquin Hotel and The Red Herring Pub.  I soon found myself back in Ontario and working under the amazing Chef James Eddington at Eddington's of Exeter for over a year. Through those years working with great chef's I've developed my own style of cooking, blending classic dishes with a modern twist using local ingredients from the farms near by.  I enjoy visiting with all the local food suppliers and learning about their passion and the products they supply.
